Breakfast

Breakfast is served 7:00 to 10:00 am at the poolside.

Lunch and dinner

Although we do not serve food at these times we can gladly provide you with a list of recommended restaurants.

We have an available menu of hot and cold drinks.

Check in is at 3:00 pm
Check out is at 12:00 pm
Late checkouts have an additional charge.

Entry time to the house

You have a key to he house's main door. You can come in or out at any time with it. In case of loss of the key we will charge Q 350.00 to your final bill.

Smoking areas

You can smoke in the outdoors areas of the house. Please do not smoke in the reading room or the main dining room.

Laundry

We offer laundry services at US$ 1.00 per pound and US$ 1.00 per ironed item. Clothes will be returned within 24 hours.

Fireplace

Some rooms have fireplace. If you wish to use it please dial 0. There is a US$2.00 charge for each use.

In room Coffeemaker

We have provided your room with a Coffeemaker. There is a US$2.00 charge for each use.

First aid medicine

We have limited basic medication in case of minor health disorders. There is al pharmacy across the street of the hotel.

Medical Services

We have an on call doctor. There are several medical facilities close by and ambulance services are also available. These services should be directly paid to its providers.

Water

For your convenience we provide you with two bottles of purified water in your bathroom.

Guatemalan voltage is 110 V.

Currency Exchange

You can easily exchange foreign currency at most local banks. Many of them are conveniently located nearby the Central Plaza. There are several ATM machines throughout Antigua where you can make cash withdrawals from your credit card.

Security

Although Antigua Guatemala is a beautiful and peaceful town, we suggest you not to walk alone in the dark streets as well as not wear expensive jewelry when you go out for a walk. We also suggest you leave your money and valuables in a safe place.
